From Survival to Scale — Becoming Undeniable to Investors in the AI Era
Most scaleups have traction. Far fewer have a story that makes investors say yes without hesitation. This Summit brings together founders, growth-stage leaders, and investment experts to dig into the hardest question in scaling: how do you become truly undeniable — to capital, talent, and partners — when every competitor is also deploying AI?
Powered by Team ScaleUp, this session goes beyond the pitch deck. Through honest conversation and practical frameworks, participants will explore how to build the narrative, team, and operating model that makes scaling feel inevitable. Topics include investor storytelling in the AI age, the talent premium for human-led cultures, and how Nordic scaleups can use trust and transparency as a competitive edge on the global stage.

CEO and co-founder of Team Scaleup
Siavash Habibi is CEO and co-founder of Team Scaleup, a Swedish investment readiness accelerator helping European scaleups become Series A-ready. Before Team Scaleup, he was a Business Building Expert at McKinsey, and COO/Co-founder at TechBuddy.
He has spent his career at the intersection of strategy and scaling — advising, operating, and building companies across international markets. At Team Scaleup, he and his co-founders are working to close scaleup readiness, which they call "the 3rd issue", after capital and regulation. Less than one in five European post-seed companies successfully raise Series A, and Team Scaleup exists to change that number.
