How Art Drives Urban Transformation — where artists, technologists, and investors collide, and what happens when you make that collision permanent.
In December 2025, Nobel Week Lights placed a red door in front of the Swedish Parliament on Norrbro — and an identical red door in Tenstagången in Tensta. When both doors opened, visitors in the city centre and the suburb saw each other across twelve kilometres of Stockholm and became part of the same artwork. Suburb to seat of power, connected by light.
That is not just art. That is urban infrastructure. And it is the most precise demonstration of what this session is about.
Arts Dynamics, Epicenter's Creative Tech Cluster, provides the permanent infrastructure that makes cross-innovation between artists, technologists, investors, and city-builders possible — not as a one-off project, but as an operational ecosystem.
This session brings together three practitioners who are building at that intersection in real time, to answer the questions that boardrooms, city governments, and investors are only beginning to ask:
What is the measurable return on cultural investment?
How do immersive technologies create financial value — not just aesthetic value?
What does the city of 2035 look like when creativity is treated as core infrastructure rather than a nice-to-have?
