She is Co-founder and CMO of Upbeater, where she leads brand, positioning, and go-to-market. Upbeater, is building the world’s first native Human-AI workforce, where AI and human experts operate as one integrated team to handle marketing and sales execution for small businesses and lean teams.
With over 20 years of experience across media, marketing, and production, Clara has worked from concept to execution across campaigns, editorial content, and digital formats. She has collaborated with global brands and organizations including SVT, CNN, Sony Music, Nickelodeon, EF Education First, and McKinsey Design Studio.
Alongside her work as a founder, she teaches and lectures on AI, creativity, and modern workflows. Her work focuses on how to move from tools to systems, and how Human-AI collaboration can create scalable, real-world impact.
