He's currently the CEO at Adway, one of Europe's fastest growing tech companies, which helps large orgnisations attract passive talent anywhere in the world using their Social Recruitment Marketing platform.

Adrian is also an active investor in tech companies from Stockholm to Silicon Valley.

As a moderator, Adrian infuses the experiences he's gained from being an entrepreneur, intrapreneur, investor and advisor. Through challenging the room with thought-provoking questions and ideas, his belief is that the room, together, can solve big problems and feel energised to make a difference.
