Johan LindskogHead of Project Development & Sustainability, AMF Fastigheter

With a keen interest in project development and sustainability, Johan Lindskog has nearly 15 years in the real estate industry, including several management positions in companies such as Skanska. Johan holds a Master of Science, Civil Engineering from Lunds University, Faculty of Engineering and studied Economics at Lunds University.

In his role as Head of Project Development & Sustainability at AMF Fastigheter, Johan are instrumental in driving the company’s sustainability efforts. Under his leadership, the company has set ambitious sustainability goals, such as that AMF Fastigheters operation shall be align with the Paris Agreement no later than 2030, and has implemented several initiatives to reduce its environmental impact. For example, AMF Fastigheter has invested heavily in energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources and has developed innovative solutions to reduce waste and increase recycling in its properties.

Johan believes that integrating sustainability into the core of a business can have significant impact on the success and long-term viability of the company, while also contributing to a more sustainable and equitable future for all. This means that sustainability is not only present in the products and services provided by the business, but also in the company's partnerships, relationships, and operations.

Jenny Sivervik

Jenny holds a holds a Master of Science, Civil Engineering from LTH, Faculty of Engineering. Merging her strong real estate profile with her business expertise, Jenny started at AMF Fastigheter as Real Estate Manager before becoming Marketing Area Manager.

At AMF Fastigheter, Jenny identifies and develop new business opportunities in the market area. With a focus on sustainable urban development, she’s been involved in several projects in Stockholm, including the development and redevelopment of historic Jakobsbergsgatan 24.

Jenny has a genuine interest in people and human behavior. Therefore, she is deeply passionate about creating attractive environments, and vibrant urban environments that meet the needs of both tenants and the wider community.
